Gentle Crane Wellness Spa – Cancellation Policy

 

We value your time and ours. To provide the best service for all guests, the following cancellation policy applies:

 

Cancellations, No-Shows, or Rescheduling within 24 hours: If you cancel, do not show up, or request to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service price will be charged.

 

Advance Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more in advance will not incur any fee.

 

Group Bookings: For groups of 4 or more, please refer to the terms provided at the time of booking, as additional policies may apply.

Packages & Gift Cards: Upon purchasing packages or gift cards please note they are all final sale.
